Mr. Boggs is a partner with the international law firm of King & Spalding where he advises a wide array of financial services and technology clients before Congress and the executive branch. With more than three decades of legal and public policy experience, he regularly interfaces with state and federal legislators and regulators on both policy and institution-specific issues. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Boggs served as legislative counsel to the United States Senate Banking and Governmental Affairs committee and later received a Presidential appointment to the World Bank’s International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. Mr. Boggs earned his B.A. from the University of Richmond; J.D. from the Columbus School of Law, and M.B.A. from Georgetown University. He is a member of the Delaware, District of Columbia, U.S. Court of Federal Claims and U.S. Supreme Court Bars.
